01. About project
Syncwell is a health tracking mobile application designed to support senior citizens and their caregivers in managing day-to-day health needs with ease and confidence. The goal of the project was to bridge the gap between tech accessibility and medical care, especially for elderly users with cognitive or physical challenges.
This case study specifically focuses on the caregiver’s side of the experience, enabling them to monitor vitals, manage medications, access medical history, and respond to emergencies, all through a thoughtfully designed, user-friendly interface.
Caregivers aged 25–50 often manage the health of aging parents or patients remotely. With moderate to high tech fluency, they need tools to track vitals, manage medications, and respond quickly during emergencies. Since they handle multiple profiles, the interface must offer real-time alerts, quick access to records, and easy appointment booking all from one centralized, intuitive dashboard.
