Conducting user interviews helped me gain valuable insights into how different users perceive their car audio systems. I asked quick questions to friends and family members who drive regularly.
I found myself getting distracted by buttons and menus while driving.
My sister, sitting in the backseat, always asks me to change songs by searching for her favorite ones.
The volume changes so much between songs or stations, and I have to keep adjusting it. It’s really annoying when I'm driving.
The voice command thing is frustrating
The music quality worsens when I speed up on the highway.
It's frustrating trying to quickly find my favorite song.

Rio audio is designed to actively detect changes in its surroundings and adjust its settings accordingly, such as volume, ambient lighting, and music playlist, based on location.

Rio aduio securely connects to the cloud, understanding new users and personalizing settings by syncing data for a tailored experience.
Onboarding to Rio
user can browse songs from favourite playlists, or play recently played songs or can ask RIO to suggest new songs through voice commands.
Users can connect with rio through their mobile phones easily with few steps and can take control of music screens which can help eliminating the dependency on driver’s end.
